Narthex -- main entry to the church the Trinity symbol has been made in ceramic tile in the floor.

Nave -- looking to the back of the church.

Stained Glass Windows relocated from the old Trinity and mounted in light boxes inside the new.

Sound Booth -- controls the microphones, speakers and projectors. Soon we hope to add recording equipment.

Chancel and Sanctuary -- wooden furniture has been relocated and resized to fit. An excellent job was done in making this a comfortable place of worship.

On Sunday 12 October 2008, Trinity Church celebrated its first service in the new location which was a service of Consecration celebrated by Suffragan Bishop Ron Cutler.

The Stained Glass window from the old church has been cleaned, refubished/repaired and now installed in the new building. Refinished furnishings and wall panels have been relocated to the new site ready to be put on the wall as soon as painting is finished.

Pews from the chancel have been completely refinished and will be given a clearcote then relocated to the new church.

Furnishings and wall panels from the chancel and sanctuary have been cleaned and recoated in preparation for the relocation to the new church. The movers are/have/will pick up on the 22nd of August (today)

The soundbooth is coming along well

Chancel and sanctuary floors are now in as well as the wheelchair ramp on the right side near the emergency exit. The stained glass windows should be going in soon.

The siding is almost finished. the posts for the portico and the soffitting under the portico are still left as is siding around the steeple. The stonework has been put in around the front door.

The work continues on the window sills etc.

The Chancel and Sanctuary are underway

Before the woodwork can be relocated we had to find someone who was willing to take the Last Supper statue out of the wood behind the Lord's Table! This wasn't as easy as it might sound. Everyone was afraid of breaking it!

Building the Chancel

Drop cieling will give perspective to the hallways.

Exhaust fan (below) draws fumes, etc. from over the stoves in the kitchen.

Interior painting is underway. the center wall has been painted in a contrasting colour to better highlight the features. All of the interior colours have been selected with the assistance of an interior decorator!

Siding, soffits and facia going up!

Siding continues to be put on the outside of the church. This is a 'cement' siding and should be more durable than standard vinyl or aluminum siding! It's certainly longer lasting than the old clapboard.

Interior of the church. Taping and mudding have been completed and painting will begin very soon. The hope is that the chancel and sanctuary raised dias will be built this week also.

From the top, first is the interior looking towards the front of the church, second is the interior looking towards the back of the church, third is a look at the siding being put on the outside of the church and finally last is the current exterior view.

Heat pumps on back of the church. Four heat pumps will give us four heating zones.

Picture taken of the new church on Saturday!! Monday they will be moving the steeple, currently on the ground and putting it aside while they finish the roof!
